The Xtreme coaching staff believes that while winning is the desired result, at this stage of our player development, it is most important to emphasize player development rather than team wins.  Our practices typically include technical skills training in addition to the tactical team training.  The result has been a team that has maintained a high level of play and consistently been ranked among the top teams in the state.  (see USARank & National Soccer Ranking)
