Rising U9 Boys teams: Ashburn Magic will be holding tryouts for the Fall 2008-Spring 2009 season. Players born on 08/01/99 and after are eligible to tryout. The teams are going to be coached and trained by Dave Lazorchak and Jim Mensah (of Sampson Soccer). The tryout dates are: Thursday June 5th from 6:00 to 7:30 pm, Tuesday June 10th from 4:30 to 6:00 pm, and Friday June 13th from 6:00 to 7:30 pm at Bles Field in Ashburn, VA. The ASC Blasters are a Rising U10 boys travel team that believes that success is best achieved with team chemistry, an enthusiastic playing environment, and development! ASC Rockets, a rising U12B NCSL team, welcome enthusiastic players to try-out for our ’08-09 roster. Our approach focused on developing individual skills in a fun environment has paid off, with the team earning promotion in the fall and on track to move up again this season. ASC Fire plays exciting, attacking soccer, with an emphasis on possession, ball movement, with a focus on the development of the individual player’s skills. We strive to provide a quality soccer experience for a reasonable time commitment and cost. The team practices 2-3 times a week during the spring and fall seasons, participates in 3/4 tournaments per season. Summer and winter training consist of camps, mini-camps, and indoor soccer 1-2 times a week. The team is coached by Royce Brodie who holds a USSF "National" C coaching license. Rising U9 Girls teams: ASC Premier ’99 & ASC Elite ‘99 will be holding tryouts for the Fall 2008-Spring 2009 season. Players born on 08/01/99 and after are eligible to tryout.
